User Agreement

You agree to purchase tickets from Box Office Events in a manner consistent with our terms & conditions and affirm your understanding of the following as it applies to the sales agreement.

Terms of Purchase

Full payment of all tickets is required at time of purchase. Ticket purchases will only be finalised upon receipt of payment by Box Office Events.

Box Office Events reserves the right to limit the number of tickets available per person for any event.

Guest details are required upon booking

All guest names:
All guests will need to complete a health questionnaire in advance of each match (within 72 hours) and conform to our Covid Code of Conduct (the lead booker will need to sign this).

No away fans allowed:
Clients from Tier 3 marked area's are not allowed to enter the stadium.
Supporters must attend the stadium in compliance with all applicable laws and government guidance regarding COVID-19. By entering the stadium, they warrant that they are not breaching any such laws or guidance. All of the above of course is subject to change in line with government guidance and advice. If there are changes at any point which limit access and attendance to games, we will be in touch straight away.


Tickets will be delivered to the customer via registered post or made available for collection at the event on matchday. Box Office Events takes every reasonable measure to ensure tickets are delivered on time and will work with the customer to ensure delivery.

Change of Fixture Date

Box Office Events does not take any responsibility when a fixture is rescheduled by the football authorities. No refunds are issued when a fixture is rescheduled and moved to another date or time from the original date.

A fixture can be rescheduled due to television scheduling or should a team progress in the FA Cup, League Cup, Europa League or Champions League competitions. The rescheduled dates are decided by the football authorities.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In circumstances outside our control such as force majeure, global pandemic’s, global epidemics, acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire or other destruction of any vessel, craft or vehicle to be used in connection with your trip, riots, acts of war, civil commotion, exercise of legislative, municipal, military or other authority, strikes, industrial act, requisition of equipment.

Box Office Events will be unable to offer any refunds, any money paid will be left on the customer account as credit for future bookings. Force Majeure, means unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of the organiser, the retailer or other suppliers of services, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised or an event which the organiser, the retailer or the supplier of services even with all due care could not foresee.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only given when the event is cancelled by the football authorities or event holder. We do not take any responsibility, nor offer refunds for travel expenses or accommodation costs associated with the event being cancelled.

In the event of a change in personal circumstances, ticket holders can request Box Office Events for a credit voucher or change of game within 48 hours of purchase. Failure to do so will incur an additional administration fee of 50% of the ticket purchase price.

Admin & Delivery Fees are non-refundable and all refunds are applied an additional £30 processing fee.

Credit Voucher

Credit vouchers are valid for 180 days once issued and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.

Replacement Tickets

Box Office Events will not replace lost or stolen tickets unless proof of loss can be produced.

Box Office Events ensures that all tickets sold on this website are genuine and reach our customers in perfect condition. Any defacement or damage incurred by tickets sold by Box Office Events may lead to a refusal of entrance. Box Office Events accepts no responsibility for entrance issues experienced by customers as a result of ticket damage.


Every effort is made to ensure correct pricing and event information is provided at the time of sale. In the event an error is identified, Box Office Events will contact affected customers and address the error in the manner appropriate:

Why is the price printed on the ticket higher/lower than face value?

Box Office Events provides tickets at market value which can be higher or lower than face value. The market value price is determined by market demand.

Event Information Error (Box Office Events)

In the event that an event date, location or participating team is incorrectly advertised, ticket holders who are affected will have the choice of a refund or replacement ticket.

Event Management Information Error

In the occurrence of event management providing the wrong details, the ticket holder will fall under the provisions issued by the event managers and Box Office Events will comply with the organisers recommended remedial action.

Resell Policy

Box Office Events does not support the resell of tickets outside official channels and does not engage in reselling tickets on behalf of individuals.

Any tickets refunded or exchanged for a credit voucher will be made available to other Box Office Events customers for the price stated on the Box Office Events website at the time of processing.

Privacy Policy

Box Office Events cares about our customers’ privacy. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties. All contact details provided to us are securely stored by Box Office Events for the purposes of keeping our customers informed of event details and other information relevant to their bookings.
