Ticketing Questions

Tickets are sent out as soon as we receive them from the event host or club. Usually, customers who have chosen mail delivery will receive their tickets 3-5 days before the match. Occasionally, we may not receive tickets until very close to the event. If this affects you, we will notify you in advance and have your tickets ready to be collected at the venue box office on the day.
If you would like to nominate someone else to collect your tickets, please contact us to confirm their details before they arrive to pick-up your order.
This may be possible if the tickets have not yet been sent. Please contact us to request a postal address change and have your booking reference number handy.
Unfortunately no. This is a condition set by the event organisers and is a security measure to ensure tickets are genuine. We may be able to help you re-purchase a ticket in someone else’s name by issuing a credit voucher. Contact us for more information.
Refunds are only issued when events are cancelled or significantly changed from their original format. We will notify you if you are eligible for a refund or credit voucher as a result of a cancellation or other circumstance. All possible effort is made to ensure groups are seated together. Larger groups (greater than 6 people) may be seated in smaller clusters due to the limitations of seating arrangements at the venue, however no-one will sit by themselves.

We offer our customers the option of a full refund or, in the instance that the event will be held on another date, first access to new tickets.
